My name is Brandon Stephenson, I am a pool business consultant, and co-founder of DIY Pools and Spas. Our company provides support and resources for pool builders.
I grew up in the pool industry, watching my dad build pools for over 40 years, and learning all about the pool business inside and out.
I was always interested in business and in my twenties I started my own consulting company helping businesses grow and scale.
My dad called me one day stressed out and overwhelmed. He was running his pool company like it was 1995 and was watching his once thriving business get left behind the curve.
I told him it's time to remodel his pool company.
We started with changing the way he did 1st time appointments, then we threw away his file cabinets and set up online project management tools that did most of the office work for him.
